At Reflective Soul, every member of our counselling team has completed specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Unlike many clinics where only select clinicians offer ART, it is a core part of our practice, allowing clients to access this powerful therapy with multiple trained providers.
Most wellness clinics add mental health as an afterthought. At Reflective Soul, it is the foundation. Our entire approach is built around the relationship between emotional, physical, and nervous system health.
Our Naturopathic and Mental Health practitioners at Reflective Soul are all trauma-informed. This means you will experience a consistently safer, more compassionate standard of care no matter who you are working with.
With a Naturopathic doctor, former nurse, Registered Massage Therapist, Social Worker, and clinical counsellors in the clinic, our team understands the relationship between mental, emotional, and physical health in ways that most wellness clinics simply cannot match.
Our team includes counsellors with specialized training for ADHD and autism, grief and loss, OCD, addictions, first responders and high-stress professions, and trauma across the lifespan. We also offer art therapy, a creative way to express and address emotions.
We do not treat one symptom in one silo. We look at the full picture, and when it makes sense, our practitioners will recommend collaboration to support you across modalities. You get to choose the type of support you want.
Our naturopathic doctor provides personalized, root-cause health care using nutrition, herbal medicine, acupuncture, and lifestyle support. Particularly effective for hormonal health, perimenopause, fatigue, and conditions with a strong mind-body connection. In-person and online.
Our social workers, registered clinical counsellors and psychotherapists support individuals, couples, youth, and families through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and more. In-person in Kelowna and online across BC.
Art is an evidence-based trauma therapy that helps clients process and resolve distressing memories, trauma, anxiety, panic, OCD and more, often in fewer sessions than traditional approaches.
Support for partners navigating communication breakdown, recurring conflict, emotional distance, trust issues, and major life transitions. A space where both people can feel heard and find a path forward together.
Practical, sustainable support for weight, energy, and healthy habits rooted in whole-person health. We support clients through perimenopause, stress-driven weight changes, low energy, and the cycle of starting over. In-person and online.
