Darcy’s clinical training draws on a broad range of evidence‑based therapeutic modalities, including Traumatic Incident Reduction Therapy (TIR), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Self‑Regulation Therapy (SRT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Cognitive‑Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally focused Couple’s therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method for strengthening and healing couple’s relationships.
