We are committed to providing high-quality, affordable services to support your health and wellness journey. Below is a comprehensive list of our rates for various services. Please note that all prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Counselling Services

Individual Counselling $150 per 50 minute session
Couples Counselling $150 per 50 minute session
Family Counselling $150 per 50 minute session
Group Therapy Price varies on length of session
Adolescent Counselling $150 per 50 minute session

Acupuncture and Cupping Therapy

Initial Acupuncture Session $110
Follow-Up Acupuncture Session $90 per 60 minute session
Cupping Therapy $80 per 60 minute session
Combined Acupuncture and Cupping $120 per 60 minute session

Weight Loss & Integrative Health

Initial Consultation $130 for 50 minute session
Follow-Up Session $100 per 50 minute session
Weight Management Program $400 for five 50 minute sessions
Sports Nutrition Consultation $110 per 50 minute session
Family Nutrition Consultation $150 per 50 minute session

Relaxation Massage 60 minutes: $90
90 minutes: $130
Therapeutic Massage 60 minutes: $100

Deep Tissue Massage 60 minutes: $110

Packages and Discounts

Massage Therapy Packages 5 Relaxation Massages (60 min): $425 (save $25)
5 Therapeutic Massages (60 min): $475 (save $25)
Weight Loss & Integrative Health 5 Follow-Up 50 minute sessions $450 (save $50)

Payment Information

We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit card, debit card, and electronic transfers. Payment is due at the time of service. Some services may be covered by extended health benefits plans. Please check with your insurance provider for coverage details.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session rate and, 24 hours or less will be subject to the full fee.
