About

Dr. Ali McMillan is a Naturopathic Doctor practicing in Kelowna, B.C. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Guelph and earned her Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. Very soon after graduating she moved to Kelowna where she completed her licensing exams. Dr. Ali has lived here with her husband and two boys for about six years.

Dr. Ali chose a career in Naturopathic Medicine because she really loves helping people feel better. She enjoys getting to know patients and thoroughly understanding the health issues they face, finding gentle but effective, evidence based solutions for these issues, explaining them in depth and helping patients to determine which course of action would be best for them to pursue. Her practice is heavily focused on providing options backed by research.

When not in the clinic, Dr. Ali can be found hiking, thrifting, baking and prepping meals, and gardening.

    Treatment Approach

    Treatment is typically focused on education, nutritional guidance, herbal medicine, meditation, supplementation, and acupuncture.

    Scope of Practice

    Dr. Ali does not practice homeopathy and refers for chiropractic care when appropriate. She currently does not offer Botox, cosmetic therapy, prolotherapy, or IV therapy.
