You can reside anywhere in BC and still be eligible to have our highly trained counsellors help you overcome any mental distress, trauma, anxiety experienced as a result of your accident.
If you have an ICBC claim number check with your insurance adjuster as most accidents include 12 counselling sessions to begin with. Reflective Soul Therapy & Wellness will direct bill ICBC on your behalf. In certain circumstances you may be eligible to more care if it is clinically indicated and your insurance provider approves more treatment.

Will ICBC cover my Massage Therapy treatment?
Absolutely! If you have been in an accident in the past 3 months you are eligible to receive massage therapy from an RMT without a referral from your primary care physician. Once you have submitted a claim to ICBC, schedule an initial Assessment and Treatment to get started.
If you have an ICBC claim number check with your insurance adjuster as most accidents include 12 massage therapy sessions to begin with. Reflective Soul Therapy & Wellness will direct bill ICBC on your behalf. In certain circumstances you may be eligible to more care if it is clinically indicated and your insurance provider approves more treatment.

Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP)
Seeking clinical counselling after experiencing a traumatic event can make a significant difference in how you cope afterwards.
Reflective Soul Therapy & Wellness is an approved provider of counselling services for the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP).
If you have been emotionally injured as a result of being a victim, immediate family member, or witness to a crime we can help! After submitting an application you will receive a claim number with the number of approved counselling sessions which you will provide to your counsellor. If you have not yet filled out an application we have included the links below to fill out the applicable form depending on whether you are a victim, witness or family member of a crime.
