Counselling & Psychotherapy
Welcome to Our Counselling Services
Life can be complicated, there are times when we feel overwhelmed, hopeless or unhappy about issues in our life. Counselling is an opportunity for you to work one-on-one with a certified counsellor in a safe and confidential space (either in person or virtually). During this time, you can work through your current or past challenges and can explore yourself, your needs, and ways in which you engage in the world.
Counselling is about you and tailored to your needs. This joint process and can be described as a journey with a caring, non-judgmental guide walking with you to help you navigate the path towards hope and healing.
Your counsellor will create a healing space where you feel heard, seen, understood, and ultimately validated. The beauty of counselling therapy is that it’s only necessary for as long as it’s necessary. Some seek counselling therapy as a means of exploring their present-day struggles in light of their personal history to find causes and a deeper level of understanding. Some just need a supportive “sounding board” or someone on the outside of a situation to find ways to cope. While others may have already done the work to get to the place they want to be and just want to come in for a “tune up” or “maintenance,” the choice is yours! At Reflective Soul Therapy & Wellness we are there to help you find the peace of mind that you are looking for. Regardless of where you live, we offer in-person counselling and psychotherapy services in Kelowna, BC, or virtual sessions online.
